I approach rhythm differently than most, and yes — it works.

Join me for the 2026 Rhythm Reboot: one free, live workshop (75-90 minutes) where we'll rebuild the first “beat” of your family's rhythm together, so September starts steady instead of scrambled.

Can't make it live? Register anyway — everyone registered gets the replay, available through Sunday, August 2.

Don’t fall for an “all or nothing” mentality.
Even the busiest families can have a rhythm.

You don’t need a well-orchestrated rhythm for every moment of the day. This is simply unrealistic for most of us. And it’s not necessary!
It only takes one consistent beat of rhythm each day to experience the benefits of rhythm.
I’ll guide you in creating this first beat of rhythm, laying the foundation for a new daily and weekly rhythm that works for your family.

Tell me if any of these sound like you...

  • WHAT DO YOU EVEN MEAN BY "RHYTHM"?
You hear everyone talking about the importance of a rhythm in early childhood, but you don't really get it.
  • I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START.
You know a daily and weekly rhythm is important, but you are overwhelmed just thinking about creating one.

  • WE HAD A RHYTHM. AND THEN LOST IT. AGAIN.
You’ve tried to implement a rhythm in the past, and then life happens...and you fall off the “rhythm train.”

  • WE TRIED, AND IT DIDN'T WORK.
You were given a “suggested rhythm” and tried to follow it from morning to night all week, only to become overwhelmed and exhausted.

  • SUMMER ATE OUR ROUTINE.
Whatever structure you had in the spring is a distant memory, and the school year is barreling toward you.

  • WE ARE TOO BUSY TO ADD THIS TO OUR LIFE.
Your days feel busy or out of control, and you’re not sure a rhythm is possible.

  • I WANT MORE CONNECTION, BUT DON'T KNOW HOW.

You're not alone. And you're exactly who the Reboot is for.

After the Rhythm Reboot, you'll...

  • DEEPLY UNDERSTAND RHYTHM
Understand rhythm, its benefits, and why it eases overwhelm for adults as much as children.
  • FEEL CONFIDENT CREATING RHYTHM
Learn my method, and you’ll always know what to do and where to start — without feeling overwhelmed or exhausted in the process.
  • HAVE ONE STEADY "BEAT"
Pinpoint the one moment in your day that needs rhythm most, and leave with a decided, doable plan — ready to begin the next morning.
  • START NURTURING CONNECTION AGAIN
Because connection — not chore charts — is the whole point of rhythm.

I look forward to guiding you.

Let me bust some misconceptions about rhythm.

A rhythm is not a schedule.
It isn't about being clock-obsessed-- it's about the flow of your day and week.

Rhythm benefits adults as much as children.
Rhythm eases overwhelm and increases well-being.

Even the busiest and most chaotic lives can find rhythm.
Just one steady “beat” of rhythm each day makes a difference.

The main point of rhythm is connection.
It’s not finding slots for chores. We can incorporate these tasks into our rhythm, but only after establishing times of connection.

Pre-created rhythms rarely work.
Our individual lives and all the moving pieces are just too different. You're much more likely to be successful using a rhythm created for your unique family.

Here's How the Reboot Works

1. Register below.

It's free, and it takes thirty seconds.

2. Show up live on Wednesday, July 29 at 1:00 PM ET.

Plan for 75–90 minutes — the workshop, a live Q&A, and a special opportunity I'll share at the end, just for Reboot folks. Come as you are. This is a judgment-free zone.

3. Can't make it live? Watch the replay.

The replay is available until Sunday, August 2, at 11:59 PM ET. Then it's gone — because I'd rather you watch it and begin than save it to a someday folder.

One live workshop. One steady beat. A calmer autumn.

Register now, because your first beat of rhythm could be as close as tomorrow morning — and because doors to the live Reboot close Sunday, August 2.

The Rhythm Reboot guides you through the heart of my rhythm-creation process, giving you the tools and understanding to begin a nurturing daily rhythm — one steady “beat” of connection that holds no matter what life throws your way.

IN THE REBOOT, YOU WILL...

Understand what rhythm really is

Rhythm isn't based on clock-time— it's the flow of your day. Discover why rhythm eases overwhelm for children (and their grown-ups!).

Find your first “beat” & lay the foundation.

Take a look at your day and pinpoint two to three moments that would benefit most from an added beat of rhythm.

Plan it in real time

You'll leave with a doable plan to reboot your family's rhythm, whether you're building rhythm for the first time or hoping to solidify it before autumn arrives.
