How to Cancel Your Storytime Subscription

We want Storytime in the Schoolhouse® to be a gentle, helpful part of your family’s rhythm.

If it’s not the right fit, it’s simple to cancel your subscription.

Use the steps below based on how you originally paid (Stripe or PayPal).

If you’re not sure, choose Option C, and we’ll take care of it.

Option A: If You Joined with a Credit Card (Stripe)

Most families sign up using a credit or debit card. In that case, your subscription is managed securely through Stripe.

1. Open your Storytime customer portal

  • Click on the avatar on the top right of your screen.
  • Choose "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

2. Click on the Billing tab

  • Click “Billing” in the center of the page.
  • You’ll see your payment methods and active subscriptions listed here.

3. Cancel Your Subscription

  • Under “Manage card payments,” you’ll see your credit card and your Storytime subscription listed. 
  • Click the three black dots next to the subscription, and click “cancel subscription.”
  • Confirm cancellation.

4. After you cancel

  • You’ll keep access until the end of your current paid period.  

  •  You won't be charged again unless you choose to rejoin.

Option B: If You Joined with PayPal

Some of our earliest members signed up using PayPal. If your monthly charge shows up as a PayPal payment, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
3. Click Payments → Manage automatic payments.
4. Find the merchant name related to Little Round Schoolhouse®.
5. Click the subscription and choose “Cancel” or “Cancel automatic payments.”
6. Confirm your cancellation.

Again, you’ll keep access until the end of your current paid period and won’t be billed again.
