About This Story
Little Spotted Deer was not happy. He was a little brown deer covered in white spots, and he wanted to be all brown like the older deer. He spent all day thinking about how he could get rid of his spots.
I'm Little Spotted Deer, and I'm feeling down.
I'm covered in white spots, but wish I were all brown.
After trying all kinds of ways to remove, cover, or hide his spots, Little Deer learns something: there is nothing he can do except wait.
